Stérimar Hypertonic is a 100% natural seawater nasal spray with a higher salt concentration than your body. That creates an 'osmotic' pull which draws excess fluid out of swollen nasal tissue to unblock a congested nose. It's enriched with copper and manganese and is drug-free, steroid-free and preservative-free, so it relieves a blocked nose without medicines.
When to use it

How to use
- Tilt your head slightly forward.
- Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
- Spray while breathing in gently.
- Repeat in the other nostril, then blow your nose.
- Use 2-4 times a day for light congestion, up to 6 times for heavier congestion.
