Do you ship across the United States?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states. Standard shipping is free on orders over $80, and a flat rate is calculated at checkout for smaller orders.
Can I pay with my FSA or HSA card?
Many of our products are FSA and HSA eligible. You can use your FSA or HSA card at checkout like any other card. Eligibility depends on the product and your plan, so keep your receipt for your records.
Are your products genuine brand-name supplies?
Yes. We sell genuine products from established manufacturers such as Hollister and Hypafix. We are a retailer, not a reseller of copies.
How do I reorder my supplies?
You can reorder anytime from your account or straight from the product page. Resupply should be the easy part of your routine.
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To protect health and safety, opened medical or hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within about a week, depending on where you live.
