Shipping

We ship ostomy and medical supplies across the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders over $80. For orders under $80, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

We aim to ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within about a week, depending on your location.

Returns

If something is not right, you can return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To protect health and safety, opened medical or hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged.
