IDontix Brace X-Floss is specially designed for cleaning around braces and orthodontic appliances. The green flossers make it easy to reach tight spaces between brackets and wires.
X-Floss is a specialty floss with a firm nylon threader already attached to each strand. The stiff threader slides easily under braces wires, bridges and implants, where ordinary floss is hard to thread, and the bulky, spongy floss then expands to sweep away plaque and trapped food. It's made for anyone with fixed dental work who wants to keep hard-to-reach spots clean.
X-Floss is ideal for cleaning around:
Choose the green Brace X-Floss if you wear fixed braces, because the firmer threader and fuller floss clean around brackets and wires; choose the blue X-Floss Lite if you need a thinner strand for tight contacts, bridges or implants. Both come 30 strands per pack with a built in nylon threader.
| Floss | Best for | Type |
|---|---|---|
| IDontix Brace X-Floss Green (this page) | Cleaning around braces, brackets and wires | Firmer threader, fuller spongy floss, 30 strands |
| IDontix X-Floss Lite Blue | Tight spaces, bridges and implants | Thinner strand, built in threader, 30 strands |
Both are made by IDontix and use the same threader-and-floss design. The difference is strand thickness, so many people who wear braces keep the green on hand and switch to Lite for the tightest gaps.
Cleaning around braces, bridges, implants and other fixed dental work where ordinary floss is hard to use.
It has a built-in stiff threader plus spongy, expanding floss, so it reaches under wires and appliances that ordinary floss can't.
Yes. It's designed for orthodontic wires, and the firm threader guides the floss under the wire.
30 pre-cut strands.
The green is the standard X-Floss; the blue 'Lite' is a thinner version for tighter spaces.
Yes. The firm threader is attached and won't buckle, so there's nothing extra to thread.
Use a fresh section for each area for the best hygiene; strands are intended for single use.
