What it is & how it helps
Adapt Lubricating Deodorant is a clear liquid made specially for ostomy pouches. It does two jobs at once: it neutralises odour (rather than covering it with fragrance), and it lubricates the inside of your pouch so output slides to the bottom, making emptying and cleaning easier and helping prevent the pouch walls from sticking together. It's been tested to be gentle on your pouch and won't degrade the seals.

Many ostomates keep a pouch lubricating deodorant in their daily routine because it can:
- Cut down on odour when you empty or change your pouch
- Make emptying easier and cleaner, as output slides out instead of clinging

How to use
- Empty or change your pouch as usual.
- Tear open one packet.
- Squeeze the contents into the pouch.
- Gently rub the outside of the pouch so the liquid coats the inside walls.
